Local Clubhouse Chefs Featured in Golf Cook Book

Chef Leonard Giarratano, chef at the Long Cove Club, and Teresa Brandow, pastry specialist at Long Cove, are featured in a new golf cook book. Golf a la Carte, with a forward written by Arnold Palmer, is the first in a series focusing on golf club chefs.
 
The book provides recipes, like Chive Roasted Spot-tail Bass with White Truffle Risotto and Crab and Artichoke Bisque, from chefs in the Southeast, including several from Hilton Head and Daufuskie islands.
