What are the Terms and Conditions?
All prices published are in US$ and payment transactions must be made in this currency. A $100 per person deposit is required for each package reserved and is due at the time of booking.  Final Balance of trip payment is to be made 30 days prior to departure.

Note: Alternative deposit/payment schedules may apply for group bookings or certain packages/properties.

Packages reserved within 30 days of departure require payment in full at the time of booking by credit card. Accepted forms of payment are VISA, Master Card, American Express and Money Order.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation penalties are:
~ 30 days or more prior to departure: penalty equals 15% of Total Package Price for Golf & Lodging Packages.
~ Within 30 days prior to departure: Penalty equals 100% of Total Package Price for Golf & Lodging Packages.
~ For Golf Only Packages: penalty equals 100% of Total Package Price when cancelled within 7 days prior to date of tee time.
 
All cancellations must be received in the Reservation Center office in writing after the initial notification by phone.
Note: Additional penalties may apply for group bookings or bookings that include condo/villa accommodations.

When will I receive my refund?
After documents have been sent to the customer, no refunds will be processed until all travel documents have been returned to the reservation center.   No refunds will be issued for unused services, or cancellations made within the 30 day cancellation period for Golf & Lodging inclusive packages, or the 7 day cancellation period for Golf Only Packages.  There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.  Holiday dates and private home rentals are non refundable and are subject to 100% cancellation fees when cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival.

What if I need to change my Package?
Any changes made after a confirmation has been mailed / faxed will result in a change fee as described below:

Accommodation change    $10
Golf Course change           $10

Any changes in dates of travel will be viewed as a cancellation and the above policies will be followed. Vouchers that have to be re-issued will result in an additional $20 fee. 

When will I receive my important travel documents?
All travel documents will be issued and delivered approximately 14 days prior to departure. Please review all documents carefully to ensure accuracy. If you are traveling by air, we recommend reconfirming your flight time directly with the airline 24 hours prior to departure. Flight times, carriers, and itineraries are subject to change without notices. The Reservation Center cannot be held responsible for changes after issuance of travel documents.

What happens if it rains?
In the event of rain:  If the course stays open and you choose not to play, you will be issued a rain check by the Golf Course directly.  Please make all rain check arrangements directly with the course by bringing your Golf Voucher with you to the course.  Rain checks are good indefinitely.  If it rains and the course closes, you are entitled to a refund of golf fees for that course only.  Please call the course directly on the morning in question to find out if the course will be open or not.


PLEASE NOTE:
•    Prices and/or inclusions are subject to change.
•    Unless otherwise stated, the room category included is Run of House.
•    Unless otherwise stated, villa/condo style accommodations do not include daily housekeeping or towel service.  Daily services are available at an extra cost.
•    Where seasonality causes low occupancy, some hotels may close certain facilities, such as restaurants, nightclubs, etc. without prior notice.
•    Unlimited greens fees entitles passenger to one round guaranteed per night paid unless stated as “daily” – additional rounds at no extra charge, subject to availability on day of play. Most courses will not pre-book tee times for a single golfer.
•    At the discretion of the golf facility, if weather conditions dictate course closure, the Reservation Center will provide refunds upon receipt of unused golf voucher signed by a golf professional from the golf course. No refund will be provided for unused golf at player’s discretion.
•    Inclusions listed as daily refer to one inclusion per night of accommodations.
•    Resorts do major golf course maintenance during the off peak and low season. Since all of the courses are open 12 months per year, it is possible you may encounter top dressing, coring, over-seeding and other such regular maintenance features, during your golf vacation. Where possible we will advise of such occurrences.
•    Holiday and/or special events may be subject to surcharge and/or minimum night stay requirements.
•    Unless otherwise stated, incidental terms such as parking fees and club storage are not included.
•    No refund or rain check allowed on any unused services.

Is there a dress code?
Proper dress required at all times and applies to all Golf Courses. No metal spikes allowed at any time. Jeans, T-shirts and cutoff pants are not appropriate attire on the course. Personal coolers are also not permitted on the course at any time.
