Chef Leonard Giarratano, chef at the Long Cove Club, and Teresa Brandow, pastry specialist at Long Cove, are featured in a new golf cook book. Golf a la Carte, with a forward written by Arnold Palmer, is the first in a series focusing on golf club chefs.
